Welcome To Bone Creek Museum of Agrarian Art Minimize

Visit the Bone Creek Museum of Agrarian Art, the only museum in North America devoted exclusively to agrarian art.  Agrarian- "pertaining to fields, or lands, or their tenure".

Our mission is to be the National Center for preserving, viewing, and learning about exceptional agrarian art.

The museum is located in David City, Nebraska, boyhood home of Dale Nichols, one of America's foremost agrarian artists. The collection also includes works by other major agrarian artists, such as Robert Bateman, Gary Ernest Smith, John Steuart Curry, Robert Gwathmey, Birger Sandzen, Winslow Homer, and Thomas Hart Benton. Changing exhibits feature art by renowned agrarian artists.

Bone Creek Museum of Agrarian Art is a non-profit organization supported by charitable gifts.  The museum sponsors art education programs including lectures and workshops by renowned agrarian artists exhibiting at the museum.  The museum also holds exhibits for local and emerging artists.
